Secrecy regulations

An insurance institution is, notwithstanding secrecy regulations and other limitations to obtaining information, entitled to receive information that is necessary for the adjustment of compensation claims. The Act on the Openness of Government Activities applies to the use of this information.

The Personal Data Act also applies to the use of personal data in connection with a compensation claim.
